RETURNS

Online Purchases:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. All shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. Hair accessories, hats, earrings, underwear, lingerie, and bodysuits cannot be returned.

Your original shipping charge is non-refundable and at this time you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, mail it back to us within 14 days of your order date for a full refund.

Please include the original packing slip, email confirmation or order # with your return.

We suggest using a trackable shipping service and also suggest you purchase shipping insurance. Siren is not liable for lost or stolen items without proof of delivery.

Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

If returns do not meet the requirements above, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact us if you have any questions.

IN-STORE RETURN, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, unworn, tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. All shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.

We will happily return or exchange items in store within 14 days of your order date.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Hair accessories, hats, earrings, underwear, lingerie, and bodysuits cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

We hope this never happens but if it does... we apologize. And please let us fix it; if we’ve sent you the wrong item or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, send us an email at info@sfsiren.com and we will assist you.

If you are wanting a different size or color in an item,  please purchase the desired item online and return your original purchase.

You can check the status of your order by going to sfsiren.com and logging in under My Account. 

Changing your order:
If your order has not been shipped, we will be happy to make any change we can.  Please contact us at  info@sfsiren.com

When a product is sold out:
Please email info@sfsiren.com. We will let you know ASAP if we are able to get it for you again.
